You cannot teach old dogs new tricks. This is a saying that is very true to Lindsay Lohan. She has served her jail term and still working on her community service job. But guess what?! She was again spotted drunk and out of control by the people. She was seen drinking again in public. Lindsay Lohan has a hard head and never learns from her mistakes. The rehab will not be enough for her and even community service. You cannot teach honesty to people who are congenital liars and Lindsay Lohan is one. The court must know about this and Lindsay Lohan must be exiled or whatever just to change her ways for good.
